Stella Di Mare Ain Soukhna

RTVC's pilot project is located in Ain al Soukhna 46 kilometers down the Suez Hurghada road and 120 km from Cairo. On an area of 1,750,000 m2, abutting the Red Sea coast, it includes 3 hotels, the Stella Grand, the Stella Sea Club and the Stella Golf Club and Course (visit www.stelladimare.com). A 2,400 m2 Thalasso-therapy centre and a Diving Centre complement the hotels.

In addition there are 1,865 housing units ranging in size from 80m2 chalets to 500m2 independent villas. Two commercial and entertainment centres serve the resort community, one inside of 929 m2 and the other outside the gated resort (Stella Star) of 2780 m2.
